Macbook Random Shutdown
I had this problem for some days after installing the last firmware upgrade by Apple, and using ubuntu linux.
All what I can say is that i solved the problem by resetting the PRAM.
The procedure is quite simple, you just have to unplug the AC adapter, remove the battery, and press the power button for 5 seconds.
It’s 2 days that everything works perfectly, I hope will be the same for you
